Infographic: Benefits of Reading

You write books. We print books. All of us read books.

And we should read more, according to a new infographic reporting those that read more tend to be in better physical and emotional health than those that don’t. If you’re one of our neighbors to the north you’ll get some specialized information (this graphic was put together by Canada’s National Reading Campaign and CBC Books), and we’ll all enjoy the universal good news that reading reduces stress 600 percent more than video games. Writing can be an extremely cathartic process (sometimes!), and the benefits of reading your work can have the same effect on others.
