About Journals

Self-care had been growing in popularity for a number of years. Interest has skyrocketed more recently and for good reason. Uncertainty, change and health issues are each causes of anxiety. Throw all three in the ring at the same time and a heavy toll will be taken.

Improved memory, better sleep, stronger immune system, less stress, better focus. All documented effects of Journalling. Committing your thoughts and emotions to paper every day has so many benefits that it’s easy to understand the sharp rise in the number of journals that we produce.

The key to producing a quality journal is a durable and properly sized binding. These books will be used daily so they need to be tough and they need to be easy to use. Covers should be stiff enough to offer a good writing surface when the journal is being held. Consider providing a bookmark to your customers. This will always be a welcome enhancement.

Lamination adds a strong layer of protection to your book's cover. In addition to visual appeal, lamination can add a tactile quality to your book. Ask about our Soft Touch lamination option.

Aside from standard gold or silver foil, there is a wide variety of specialty foils from which to choose. Give us a call to discuss your many options.

  • EMBOSS

No other option has as much impact as a well executed emboss on your cover. Subtle, refined and very next level – use a quality emboss to really stand out.

  • END BANDS

End bands are the perfect way to add that finishing touch to your hardcover book. These are the multi color ribbons that you see at the top and bottom of a book's spine.

  • SMYTH SEWN
