CUSTOM BOOK PRINTING & BINDING SERVICES

Experience and know-how to craft your book and a total commitment to our customers.

From Our Customer

I ordered over 3000 copies of a children’s picture book, to fulfill an order. I’d only used print on demand services previously, in order to manage distribution.

However, for an order of this size, I needed an offset print run in order to manage costs. I absolutely did not want to use a Chinese company like the big publishers tend to do, preferring to support local businesses.

Advanced Print & Finishing provided me with plenty of customer support and options to choose from. They provided me with samples of similar books they’d printed so that I’d have an idea what to expect.

The order was great and the kids who received the books were thrilled. I’ll definitely use this company again for future printing needs.

Types of Books We Print

We print every type of book there is on the market. Our team also offers custom book printing services for publishers and authors creating unique works that don’t fit most publishing product categories. We print a variety of projects, including:

Our team also handles various book types, including hardcover, softcover, stitched, and coil-bound projects.

Custom Hardcover Binding Printing

At Advanced Print & Finishing, our book printing services include hardcover binding printing. This type of printing is usually the best option for reference books, textbooks, and novels. It is important to note that this binding option is often more expensive than others, such as softcover, paperback, and coil-bound printing. However, you get a more durable, professional-looking finish out of your work.

This type of printing is a popular method if you’re aiming for high-quality hardcover publishing products that will last many years. Using this method, we create the book cover separately from the actual book block or actual pages of your book.

We offer our clients two binding styles: casebound and casewrapped binding.

  • Casebound Binding: Books printing using this method feature a traditional leather cover or book cloth as the cover material. These books also have foil stamping, which makes the finished work look professionally produced, showing off premium qualities. The author’s name, book title, spine, and cover can be foil stamped upon request.
  • Casewrapped Binding: Casewrapped books feature a printed sheet as their cover. This type of binding gives you various options to create an enhanced look for your completed work. You can choose from film lamination to full-color graphics and photos.

Softcover Book Printing

Our team also offers softcover book printing as a cost-effective alternative to hardcover projects. We offer various options for book sizes, paper types, inside pages, and book covers. This print option gives you the advantage of superb usability and exceptional appearance.

Your readers will appreciate the durability and quality of the books you publish using this print method. We use either EVA or PUR glue, depending on the type of paper you choose for your book. In addition, to enhance the look and feel of your published work, we also offer film lamination to complement your book’s finish.

Coil Bound Printing

Also known as spiral binding, this type of binding method uses a continuous plastic coil to bind your book’s pages together. It is the preferred binding option for professional-styled publications, including calendars, cookbooks, manuals, reports, and presentations.

We offer two mechanical binding methods in this category: Wire-O and PlastiCoil. These binding options provide a strong and lasting bind for your published work and enhance its usability.

Saddle Stitched Binding

We offer this cost-effective yet durable solution for lighter publications such as catalogs, magazines, and booklets. It’s an excellent binding for many specialty products. In addition, we can also include a pocket folder where you can insert various materials on the interior pages.

Several factors impact the cost of any printing project, such as the number of pages a book has, its size and dimensions, the type of paper used in the printing, your preferred printing method, the number of books to be printed, and any other additional services you may require. For instance, publishing a 150 to 200-page book on standard paper using digital printing methods can cost you $5 to $10. However, you can expect the price to go up to $15 to $20 when you print on high-quality paper using offset printing. These are only estimates, and the actual cost will vary depending on specific details of your printing project.

The process begins when you fill out and submit the book printing quote form. Select the type of paper, cover, binding method, and other details. After getting a quote, you can request a secure file upload link to submit your files and quote information. Our team will contact you after we receive your files and quote information.
